BehaviorCrab spiders are know for the way they use their camouflage to their advantage. They have the colors to on their bodies to blend in with colorful plants and flowers. They use this to their advantage by blending into the flower or plant. With their web being built near or on the flower/plant. Once prey like a unsuspecting bee comes to pollinate a flower...the spider feels the vibrations on the web and then proceeds to capture it in the web and wraps it in a cocoon of silky webs for later or to eat it now. To summarize what i said it is a semi-aggressive spider that does not full on attack but tries to strategize and use its camouflage to its advantage.

Facts
The crab spider can come in many forms than just your ordinary spider. Believe it or not but depending on the color of the parent will depend on where they live or adapt to. The spider has the power to change color over time to adapt to the environment. If the spider lives near a yellow flower...over time the spider will probably turn that color over time. This does not happen over a few hours though,it can take many days for this to happen. Besides that the spiders babies are usually black and colorless, but when the spider romes out in the wild,it will develop its own colors to live with. This is why you will see many different looking crab spiders in the world.
